Good set of questions, but a couple of corrections:
q30 I think should be I didn’t have time, because (as I understand is) I have no time would be nie mam czasu
q45 both pisalas and pisales are correct, because the question does not specify a gender
There are also several questions in which the incorrect past tense forms are used:
q77 drew (rather than drawed)
q88 lent (rather than lended)
q97 caught (rather than catched)
q98 lying down (rather than laying down)
